Why does it fail so much in PSA?
AdBlue (urea) crystallizes with heat and short journeys. In PSA Group vehicles, the injector and SCR module get clogged with crystals, leading to a fault: "impossible to start in X km".
The vicious circle of crystallization
Crystals? Clogged injector? Poor dosing? More crystals? Damaged NOx module and sensor. Changing parts without resolving the root cause means it will fail again.
Our solution: anti-crystallizing agent + warm up
We apply an anti-crystallization treatment and a warm-up process that dissolves crystals and cleans the circuit, in addition to checking the injector, sensor, and software. Result: the system doses correctly again without replacing half the car.
