These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the site zamulecars.com, owned by ZAMULE S.L. (operating entity of Grupo Illes Grupo Zamule).
1. Acceptance
Accessing the Site grants the visitor the status of "User" and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the Site.

3. Site Purpose
zamulecars.com offers the following services:
- Online appointment booking for workshop services (mechanics, ITV, oil, AC, DPF, EGR, keys, headlights, etc.)
- Request for a personalized preliminary quote
- Purchase of services via payment gateway (where applicable)
- Post-service communication and reminders (maintenance, ITV)
- Zamule Club Management (loyalty program with monthly fee)
Declared activity: mechanical workshop, maintenance, ITV, ECU remapping, spare parts and B2C automotive services in Palma de Mallorca.
4. User Obligations
- To make diligent and lawful use.
- Do not use the Site for illicit purposes or to harm third-party rights.
- Provide accurate information when filling out forms.
- Do not reverse engineer, mass scrape, perform DoS attacks, or any attempt to compromise security.
- Safeguard access credentials for registered accounts and immediately report any unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
All content (texts, images, graphics, videos, logos, brands, software, code, design) is the intellectual and industrial property of ZAMULE S.L. or third parties who have authorized its use. Any reproduction, public communication, distribution, transformation, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
The brands "Zamule", "Zamule Cars", "Zamule Diamond", "ECURemapPro" and other distinctive signs are the property of the Group. Their use without authorization constitutes an infringement.
7. Electronic communications
In accordance with Art. 21 LSSI-CE, ZAMULE S.L. will only send electronic commercial communications when:
- The User has given express consent, or
- There was a previous contractual relationship and the communication refers to analogous products or services.
The User can revoke consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in each communication or by writing to [email protected].
8. Privacy and Cookies Policy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy, both accessible from the footer of the Site.
9. Limitation of liability
- Continuous availability of the Site is not guaranteed.
- We can't guarantee there won't be any errors, but we'll fix them as soon as we're aware of them.
- The absence of viruses is not guaranteed, without prejudice to applying reasonable technical measures.
- No responsibility is assumed for the quality or accuracy of information on linked third-party sites.
10. Modification of Terms
ZAMULE S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms. Modifications will be effective from their publication on the Site with the visible last updated date.
11. Partial nullity
If any provision is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court, the nullity will only affect the specific clause; the rest will remain fully in force.
12. Legislation and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the Spanish legislation. For disputes, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, except in cases where procedural regulations establish consumer jurisdiction.
