1. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

These General Lease Conditions govern the use and rental of vehicles offered by ZAMULE CARS.

Making a reservation through the website implies that the client has read, understood, and fully accepted these conditions, becoming legally bound from the moment of reservation confirmation, without the need for a handwritten signature or additional data completion.

Client and rental details will be those provided during the online booking process, which will be considered truthful and sufficient for all contractual purposes.

2. VEHICLE USE

The vehicle is delivered in proper working condition and must be returned in the same state, except for normal wear and tear from appropriate use.

The vehicle may only be driven by the booking holder or by persons expressly authorized by ZAMULE CARS.

It is expressly forbidden:

• Using the vehicle for professional or commercial purposes (delivery, passenger transport, Uber, Cabify, VTC or similar).

• Subleasing, lending, or transferring the vehicle to unauthorized third parties.

• Participating in competitions, sports trials, or illegal activities.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances.

3. RENTAL DURATION

The rental period begins on the date and time indicated in the booking and ends upon the effective return of the vehicle.

Failure to return the vehicle within the agreed period may result in additional charges according to current rates.

4. FUEL (FULL - FULL POLICY)

The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned in the same condition.

Otherwise, ZAMULE CARS may charge the client for the cost of fuel needed to fill the tank, as well as the corresponding administration fees.

5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

The vehicle has comprehensive insurance, according to the conditions set by the insurance company.

The client expressly accepts that the insurance does not cover, among others:

• Tire damage.

• Damage to windows or glass.

• Loss, breakage, or duplication of keys.

• Damage resulting from negligent, improper, or unauthorized use of the vehicle.

Excess

The insurance excess is set at 300 ? per damaged side of the vehicle, an amount to be borne by the client in case of an incident.

If the damage affects multiple areas or sides of the vehicle, the excess will be applied independently for each affected side.

In cases of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unauthorized use of the vehicle, or serious breach of these conditions, the insurance will be void, and the client must assume the 100% of the cost of damages incurred, without excess limitation.

6. FINES AND PENALTIES

All fines, penalties, or infractions committed during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the client, including administrative costs arising from their processing.

7. VEHICLE RETURN

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place, date, and time, clean and with all its components (keys, documentation, and accessories).

Unjustified delay in return may incur a penalty of up to 40 ? per hour, without prejudice to other applicable charges.

8. BREAKDOWNS AND ACCIDENTS

Any breakdown, damage, or accident must be immediately reported to ZAMULE CARS.

Repairs are prohibited without the express authorization of the company.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be subject to the following penalties:

• More than 48 hours before the start of the rental: no penalty.

• Between 24 and 48 hours: 25 % of the total amount.

• Less than 24 hours before the rental start: 50 % of the total amount.

• On the same day as the rental start: 100 % of the total amount.

10. EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION FOR CHARGES

The client expressly authorizes ZAMULE CARS to charge the provided payment method for amounts arising from:

• Damages not covered by insurance.

• Application of the excess.

• Damage to tires, windows, or keys.

• Fines, penalties, and administrative fees.

• Unreplenished fuel.

• Extraordinary cleaning or delays in return.

11. DATA PROTECTION

The client's personal data will be processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), exclusively for the management of the reservation, the rental agreement, and the corresponding legal obligations.

12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 103.l) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply to vehicle rental contracts when these provide for a specific date or period of execution.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the parties expressly submit to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.

14. FINAL DECLARATION

The client declares that:

• They hold a valid driving license and meet the legal requirements for driving the vehicle.

• They have read, understood, and fully accepted these conditions.

The reservation confirmation constitutes sufficient proof of contractual acceptance, with full legal validity in accordance with current Spanish regulations.

2. PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions regulate:

• The contractual relationship between the user and ZAMULE CARS prior to the acceptance of the Rental Agreement.

The reservation of a vehicle implies the express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable Rental Agreement.

3. USER STATUS

Access, browsing, and use of the website confers the status of user, who accepts these Terms and Conditions by accessing it.

The user agrees to make proper use of the website and not to use it for illicit activities or those contrary to good faith and public order.

4. BOOKING PROCESS

The booking process is carried out entirely online.

The user must provide truthful, complete, and updated information during the booking process. ZAMULE CARS is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user.

Once the booking is confirmed, the user will receive an email with the details.

5. AVAILABILITY AND CONFIRMATION

Bookings are subject to the availability of the selected vehicle.

ZAMULE CARS reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen impossibility of providing the service, offering the user an alternative solution or the corresponding refund, if applicable.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (?) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

ZAMULE CARS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed bookings.

Payment will be made using the methods enabled during the booking process.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of article 103.l) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply to vehicle rental contracts when these provide for a specific date or period of execution.

8. LIABILITY

ZAMULE CARS will not be responsible for:

• Interruptions or errors in accessing the website due to causes beyond its control.

• Damages resulting from improper use of the website by the user.

• Technical errors or system failures that prevent bookings from being made.

9. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, designs, structure, source code, etc.) is owned by ZAMULE CARS or authorized third parties, and its reproduction, distribution, or public communication is prohibited without express authorization.

10. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy, available on the website, and in accordance with the RGPD and the LOPDGDD.

11. MODIFICATIONS

ZAMULE CARS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with those in force at the time of booking being applicable.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute that may arise from accessing or using the website, the parties submit to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless applicable regulations provide for another mandatory jurisdiction.

13. FINAL ACCEPTANCE

The use of the website and making a booking imply the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
