Yes. Zamule Cars is one of the few workshops in Mallorca that has official diagnostic software for Ferrari (SD3), Lamborghini (ODIS), Maserati, Aston Martin, and Bentley. This allows us to perform diagnostics, coding, and firmware updates at the same level as the official dealership, without having to send the vehicle to Barcelona or Madrid.
A generic OBD scanner only reads engine codes and some basic modules. Advanced diagnostics reads ALL vehicle modules (up to 80 in modern cars): engine, gearbox, active suspension, airbags, climate control, ADAS systems, bodywork, and more. Furthermore, it interprets real-time data and fault history to determine the root cause, not just the symptom. It's the difference between 'changing parts until it works' and 'fixing what's really wrong'.
For standard diagnostics (warning light on, pre-purchase inspection), you can come without an appointment to Polígono Son Castell. We recommend sending a WhatsApp beforehand to confirm immediate availability. For high-end diagnostics (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, etc.), an appointment is necessary - write to us and we'll confirm in less than 1 hour.
If the electronic diagnostic doesn't register active faults but the problem persists (intermittent faults, noises, strange behaviors without a code), we'll indicate it in the report and propose a complementary diagnostic on the road or under specific fault reproduction conditions. We won't charge you for not finding anything - we'll charge you for the diagnostic time spent.
