This Legal Notice regulates the use of the site zamulecars.com, in compliance with the Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice regulates the use of the site zamulecars.com (hereinafter, "the Site"). Access to the Site grants user status and implies full acceptance of the provisions included herein, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Terms of access and use

Access to the Site is free and unrestricted. The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and not to:

• Engage in illicit, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• Disseminating racist, xenophobic, pornographic, illegal content or content that advocates terrorism.
• Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the owner or third parties.
• Introducing computer viruses or malicious software.

No exploitation rights are understood to be granted to the user.

The brands "Zamule", "Zamule Cars", "Zamule Diamond", "ECURemapPro" are owned by the group. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other similar activity regarding the contents of the Site is prohibited without express written authorization.

5. Exclusion of warranties and liability

ZAMULE S.L. does not guarantee continuous availability of the Site. To the extent legally possible, it excludes liability for damages arising from:

• Lack of availability, maintenance, or operation.
• Existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programs.
• Illicit, negligent, or fraudulent use by the user.
• Quality, reliability, usefulness or availability of linked third-party services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. ZAMULE S.L. assumes no responsibility for the content, information or services that may appear on such sites.

7. Modification of the Legal Notice

ZAMULE S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any modification will be published with the visible date of the last update.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Relationships are governed by the Spanish legislation. For conflict resolution, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, except in cases where procedural regulations establish the consumer's jurisdiction.
